Stunning Smile Clinic is a trading name of Greendent Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06165345), at 148 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W13 8SB. We are the data controller for the information you give us.

What information do we collect?

The personal and health information needed to provide dental and skin care: your name, contact details, date of birth, medical and dental history, X-rays, photographs and treatment notes.

When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To provide and plan your treatment, send appointment reminders and respond to enquiries, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in your care, such as a specialist we refer you to or a dental laboratory, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@stunningsmileclinic.co.uk. If you have a concern, contact us first; you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
